This week we will begin Topic 3: Comparing Numbers. During this unit, students will learn ways to compare numbers (larger, fewer).

The students will meet Sammy Seal this week. Sammy says /s/. Students will also learn the sight word I. On Wednesday we'll read My Red Boat. A copy of this book will be sent home Wednesday.

We'll begin reading Langston Hughes: Poet of the People this week. The Mrs. Frisby and the Crow tests will be graded and returned Wednesday.
